Rehab works when you do. That means putting in the effort, embracing the process, and trusting in your body’s incredible ability to adapt to stress and rebuild stronger.

I’ll guide you to stop fearing pain and start understanding it. Together, we’ll make rehab engaging, educational, and empowering. I’ll help you build strength, resilience, and confidence in your body again — not just to recover, but to come back fitter and stronger.

I offer flexible physiotherapy services tailored to your needs—whether that's in the comfort of your own home or in the clinic.

If you're confident rehabbing independently, I can provide support along the way with follow ups. Or we can work together through regular rehab sessions to help build strength and resilience.

Initial Consultation

60 minutes
Home visit: £100
Clinic: £90

A deep dive into your injury, condition, or concern. 

We’ll explore your medical history, daily demands, current activity levels, and your motivations.

This isn’t just about the injury, we’ll also look at the wider picture: sleep, stress, beliefs, and habits. The goal is to get clarity on what’s going on and create a plan tailored to you and your goals.

Rehab Session

60 minutes
Home visit: £100
Clinic: £90

Think that’s where I’d want to explain in the rehab or exercise prescription part that exercise or active movement serves multiple roles. Building confidence, gradually exposing the body to feared or avoided movement, building strength/muscle, practicing a skill. There is a purpose behind it and not just giving out random exercises for the sake of it. And working with that person to find the best starting point for them

Follow Up

30 minutes / £45

For those following a rehab plan independently this is an assessment to check progress and make any necessary changes and adaptations to the rehab plan.

Dependent on the assessment I will make a recommendation of when this should be booked.
